05 / Sanctuary Circle

A place
to belong.

A gentle invitation to gather in presence—to listen deeply, to be known without pretense, and to remember our belonging within the wider life around us.

The Sanctuary Circle is a developing vision for companionship, shared stillness, and contemplative conversation. Nothing to perform. Nothing to become.

01 — The heart of the circle

Come as
you are.

Belonging is not something we have to earn.

The Sanctuary Circle begins with a simple possibility: that we might meet ourselves, one another, and the living world with greater tenderness and attention.

There is room here for silence and conversation, uncertainty and wonder, joy and grief. We need not agree on every question to practice being present together.

The spirit of sanctuary
Not a place apart from life.
A way of meeting it.
02 — The shape of gathering

Simple ways
of being together.

As the circle takes shape, these are some of the practices and conversations it may hold.

01 / STILLNESS

Shared Silence

Gentle guided meditation and spacious intervals of quiet in which nothing needs fixing.

02 / LISTENING

Honest Conversation

Reflective gatherings around presence, grief, love, meaning, and the everyday art of attention.

03 / BELONGING

Companionship

A spirit of welcome, mutual care, and remembering our relationship with one another and all living things.

03 — Beginning gently

A circle
taking shape.

This is an invitation in formation, not a timetable of established events.

Small online gatherings and contemplative conversations may become part of the institute's offerings as the community grows. For now, Tea & Zen provides a living place to read, listen, and stay connected to the unfolding work.

The welcome is already here. The form can emerge in its own time.

An open invitation

There is room
for you here.

If this spirit of sanctuary resonates, you are warmly invited to explore the reflections and meditations of Tea & Zen and stay close as the Sanctuary Circle develops.
