An invitation to listen

A moment of stillness.

Silent until played

A deeper way
of being
alive.

Meditation Sans Frontières brings together contemplative, relational, and restorative practices informed by decades of inquiry into trauma, the nervous system, and consciousness.

This work did not begin in abstraction. It grew from lived experience and the search for healing through profound suffering, followed by years of specialist study, contemplative inquiry, and an evolving understanding of what helps the living system regain coherence.

Pathways toward
wholeness.

Rooted in contemplative traditions, embodied awareness, and relational care, our work attends to the whole being.

I —

Contemplative

Compassionate awareness, meditation, and inquiry into lived experience.

II —

Relational

III —

Restorative

Breath, embodied awareness, and practices that support steadiness and resilience.

“Presence is not learned; it is uncovered.”
— Nigel Lott

The whole
living system.

Our work begins with the understanding that body, mind, and relationships are deeply interconnected. Overwhelming experiences can shape how we perceive, respond, and relate.

Drawing on contemplative practice, somatic awareness, breath, and compassionate relationship, Nigel explores ways of supporting nervous-system regulation, meaningful connection, and the capacity to meet life with greater presence.

Healing is approached not simply as managing symptoms, but as creating conditions for safety, awareness, and integration.

Love as the
ground of
healing.

Our teachings, meditations, writing, and acts of care arise from a simple conviction: love belongs at the heart of healing.

Whenever possible, these offerings are shared freely, without unnecessary barriers.

Whether sitting with those facing death, accompanying people through grief and trauma, guiding meditation, or sharing reflections born of lived experience, the work remains an expression of service.

“A living expression of love as the ground of healing, connection, and inner transformation.”
“Be the space into which another may rest their burden without fear.”
— Nigel Lott
